Session 4 — Log activity
Goal: Leave a trail on a contact (note + call).
- Stay on a person record.
- Open Create Note, type a short note, and submit.
- Confirm the note appears on the timeline.
- Switch to Log Call, add optional notes, choose an outcome, and save.
- On My Day, mark Log a call with an outcome complete.
Optional: Try Send Email or Text with Log only if you are not sending live yet.
