Person record (/people/[id])

The heart of Unificar — one contact, one timeline.

Profile column

Edit contact details, stage, source, assigned agent, lender, price, timeframe, tags, and custom fields. Toggle do-not-email / do-not-text when needed. Click-to-call uses the phone field when available.

Activity & composer

Timeline shows notes, emails, texts, calls, and system events. Filter by type or pinned notes.

Composer tabs:

  • Deals — pipeline items linked to this person
  • Tasks — create and complete follow-ups
  • Appointments — schedule / delete
  • Action plans — enroll in a nurture sequence

Also available: related people (e.g. co-buyer), duplicate detection & merge, and export packet.
